THE PRINCIPLE OF OIL
PURIFICATION: |
Oil purifier, pour impure lubricant oil
into a high speed gyrator. Utilize “centrifugal
force” in access with solid whit which is
bigger specific drain off clean oil from
the pipeline hole of gyrator. According
to the principle, we can separate impurities
from lubricant oil and obtain good effect
to clean oil.

When
workers carelessly mix screws with different head
diameters, or when the recess punch breaks, bad
screws with incorrect head diameter fall into finish
products, workers could sort them easily by using
screw sorting machine.
Screw sorting machine is equipped with two rollers.
The space within two rollers is adjustable, which
with a narrow front-end and a wide rear-end, so
the screws with different head diameters could fall
separately. |
